Seeking a compassionate Resident Associate to support residents in a resident-centered, faith-informed community. You will assist with daily routines and personal needs while promoting dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
Key duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Observe residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Provide respectful support to residents and families
- Document care accurately per established procedures
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams
Qualifications & skills:
- Patience, reliability, integrity, and a service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior senior-care experience is helpful (not required)
