We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services for patients in their homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across Vermont. This per diem, 1099 contractor role offers flexibility and patient-centered care, ideal for independent practitioners.

Requirements:
- Active NP license in Vermont
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (flexible schedule)
- Comfort with wound care and patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication, professional ethic, and tech proficiency
- Preferred experience in wound care, skilled nursing, or home care
- Pass all background checks
Pay rate ranges from $100.00 – $150.00 per hour. Prior wound care and NP experience preferred. This role involves in-person patient care with a flexible schedule.
