We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients’ homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across Vermont. This per diem, 1099 contractor position offers flexibility and patient-centered care for independent practitioners.

Requirements:
Active NP license in Vermont
Availability Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (flexible schedule)
Pass background checks
Comfort with wound care and technology
Patient-focused, caring bedside manner, excellent communication skills
Preferred experience in wound care, skilled nursing, or home care
Pay ranges from $100.00 to $150.00 per hour.
