Provide clinical care as a per diem neonatologist in a referral NICU, delivering specialized treatment for critically ill and high-risk newborns.
Key duties:
- Evaluate and manage neonates requiring intensive neonatal care.
- Develop and oversee diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with the NICU team.
- Coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary support services.
- Provide medical leadership within the referral NICU setting to support continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications & skills:
- Neonatology training and expertise in high-acuity newborn care.
