Role Summary
Provide age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients across assigned units and facilities. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes to support safe, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in pediatric patient condition
- Administer treatments and medications according to clinical standards
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate care
