Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

The Early Intervention Speech Therapist is a full-time, in-person position based in Fairbanks, providing services to children birth to age 3 with developmental delays or disabilities.

Reporting to the ILP Coordinator and Therapy Services Supervisor, the role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing IFSPs, and coaching caregivers in natural settings to promote developmental skills.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Alaska licensure, and at least one year of experience with young children. Responsibilities encompass screening, service delivery, family collaboration, documentation, and community outreach, ensuring compliance with IDEA Part C and Medicaid regulations.
