Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one patient care in a home setting.
Responsibilities: Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, and adhere to safety protocols aligned with CDC guidelines. Utilize an easy-to-access electronic portal for scheduling, communication, and rewards. Participate in training, continuing education, and preceptor programs.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License, TB test results, BLS CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
