Registered Nurse (Children’s Float Pool)
Provide compassionate, safe, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients across assigned units. Adapt quickly to changing clinical needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality outcomes.
Key Duties
- Assess pediatric patients and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and provide age-appropriate bedside nursing interventions.
- Document care accurately and maintain clear clinical records.
- Educate and communicate effectively with patients and families to support understanding and care at home.
- Support continuity of care across units as assignments change based on patient and staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- PALS preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
