Role Overview:
Seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, with opportunities for cross-training in other modalities. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently or in on-call situations, and ensuring quality control. Minimal holiday rotation and pediatric experience are not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient and equipment for procedures
- Perform imaging studies independently and in various settings
Qualifications:
- Associate or Trade School diploma
- No prior experience required, but 2+ years preferred
- Licenses and certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA (Illinois)
- CPR and IV therapy certifications preferred
Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and flexibility for call rotations. Cross-training opportunities available for registered RT(R) technologists.
Additional Details:
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for eligible applicants
- 10-hour shifts, four days per week
