Role: Pediatric RN – High Acuity
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes
- Manage complex clinical needs including ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Administer medications and perform detailed assessments
- Educate and support families to ensure optimal care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document all clinical activities and interventions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant pediatric or high acuity experience
- Strong clinical skills in ventilator and tracheostomy management
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with families and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
