Role: Pediatric Clinical Educator-Nursing responsible for delivering in-depth technical nursing education to enhance care quality across the system. The position involves virtual teaching with travel throughout central Illinois and is based at St. John’s Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical education and demonstrate technical nursing skills.
- Develop and promote educational programs for direct care providers.
- Teach virtually and travel for in-person instruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; master’s preferred.
- At least four years of clinical healthcare experience.
- Licensed RN in the state of practice, with BLS certification; PALS and specialty certifications are a plus.
