Provide anesthesia for complex pediatric cases, including surgery, neurosurgery, plastics, orthopedics, ENT, urology, and transplant, with over 4,000 pediatric cases annually.
Manage cases independently, mentor staff, and maintain adult skills due to the facility’s size and scope.
Enjoy a flexible schedule with minimal call (average 1-2 days/week), including some overnight shifts and early post-call days.
Compensation includes a competitive salary ($550,000-$600,000), sign-on bonus, benefits, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications: MD or DO, completed or in training for pediatric anesthesia fellowship, BC/BE in Anesthesiology, NC medical license.
