ABA Therapist providing 1:1, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support each learner’s goals.
- Deliver behavior reduction strategies and promote skill acquisition.
- Collect accurate, objective data to document progress and inform programming.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain strong communication, professionalism, and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and implement behavior strategies safely and effectively.
- Strong data collection skills and attention to detail.
