Role Overview
Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including vital signs, EKGs, ultrasounds, blood glucose checks, specimen collection, and assisting with bathing, feeding, turning, and ambulating patients.
Assist with patient admissions, discharge preparations, and implementing individualized care plans. Maintain hourly rounding, support safety protocols, and offer emotional support to ensure a safe and positive patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Preferred completion of CNA training or clinical rotation
- At least 1 year of relevant medical office experience
- Basic computer proficiency for charting and documentation
- Strong interpersonal, prioritization, collaboration, and following directions skills
