Job Summary: Responsible for delivering professional, complex services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary setting.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Master’s of Social Work required.
- Experience: Preferred 2 years in Social Work and Counseling.
- Certifications/Licenses: Must hold a current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of start.
- SAFE Approach Level III certification required within 6 months of hire.
