Role Overview: Responsible for delivering professional, complex social services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary setting.
Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma and a Master of Social Work degree. Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license valid in Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days, and SAFE Approach Level III certification must be obtained within 6 months.
Experience & Skills: Preferably, candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in social work and counseling.
