Key duties include conducting patrols, monitoring entrances, providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, responding calmly to incidents, and completing reports in line with company procedures.
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of security experience, be at least 18 or 21 years old depending on role, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background and drug screenings.
Preferred skills include experience with alarm panels, customer service, and comfort with computers or tablets.
