Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing complex patient care in a fast-paced, 24-bed unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Provide compassionate, holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and modify care accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to team goals, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and organizational metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
