- Responsibilities: Perform ventilator management, airway procedures, arterial blood gas analysis, and patient education; collaborate with healthcare teams; mentor new staff and students; ensure patient safety and high-quality care; participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practices.
- Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science; valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential; certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and related specialties; 0-2 years of clinical experience, including critical care.
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills; ability to establish effective professional relationships and assess patient needs effectively.
