Role Overview
Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide direct patient respiratory care across multiple hospital locations and shifts, including days, nights, and PRN options with (12)-hour shifts. The role involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assessing and analyzing patients, and applying advanced clinical skills such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, and sleep lab services. The therapist will educate patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate care while adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates degree or CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with healthcare team, and prioritize tasks
- Strong clinical, analytical, troubleshooting, and critical care skills
