Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership and deliver professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex info.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years; experienced RNs are exempt.
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; BLS certification required.
- Preferred: Master’s in Nursing.
