Role: LPN supporting clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and taking vitals.
- Assist with treatments under provider or RN supervision.
- Accurately document patient information and follow care plans.
- Support patient education and ensure patient comfort.
