Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a general medicine unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license.
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Med surg experience is preferred; no prior experience required.
