Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and families on managing illness, injury, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or caregivers.
- Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license required.
- No prior experience necessary; two years of experience preferred for certain roles.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
