Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff.
- Participating in staffing, revenue, and expense budget development, ensuring departmental goals are met.
- Providing patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, aligning with patients’ age and developmental needs.
- Creating and implementing collaborative care plans, documenting interventions, and ensuring quality care delivery.
- Managing staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, handling staffing needs, and facilitating staff communication and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, supervisory experience preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
Additional Requirements: Experience as a Team Lead/Charge nurse or ANM, and Emergency Medicine experience are advantageous.
