Role: Dietary Aide/Server
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic meal preparation, portioning, and serving while adhering to dietary guidelines and safe food handling procedures.
- Set up and clean dining areas, maintaining sanitation standards.
- Support residents respectfully to promote dignity and independence.
- Collaborate with a compassionate team to foster community inclusion.
- Contribute to a warm, mission-driven home environment by supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience or interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and dietary guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support residents with dignity and respect.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
