Responsibilities include supervising supportive personnel, managing workflow, participating in departmental meetings, and serving as a medication therapy resource. The pharmacist evaluates medication orders for appropriateness, documents activities, and identifies opportunities to improve safety and efficiency within medication use processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- At least 2 years of experience; supervisor experience is not required
- Licenses: RPh and Medication Therapy Services certification in MO
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Pharmacy
- 2-5 years of experience
