Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in a surgical environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients’ families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Maintain safety awareness and adhere to safety-sensitive protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN licensure.
