Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
