Outpatient Therapist- Masters required

We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist with a master’s in social work or psychology to provide clinical services in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Responsibilities include providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods, facilitating groups, managing documentation, and collaborating with schools, courts, and community agencies. The role emphasizes person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-based practices, with a focus on cultural competence.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field

Minimum 2 years of outpatient mental health experience preferred

Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, CAADC preferred)

Strong clinical skills and collaborative abilities
