Outpatient Therapist – Live Well Homecare

We are hiring an experienced Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Minot, ND, to provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Walk alongside patients, advocate for their needs, and connect them with resources to achieve their mental health goals.

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate, and provide diagnoses using DSM-V in collaboration with other providers.

Develop and modify personalized treatment plans, ensuring integrated documentation and communication.

Requirements include licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota (or ability to obtain), a Master’s or Doctorate degree, and an insurable driving record.
