Seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based position.
Evaluates, administers, and directs therapeutic procedures in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Establishes and reassesses patient goals, documenting progress regularly.
Provides care to patients of all ages recovering from injury, surgery, or illness using exercises, hands-on therapy, and equipment.
Collaborates with physicians, case managers, and insurance personnel.
May supervise assistants, aides, and athletic trainers.
Requires a degree from an accredited program, South Carolina licensure or eligibility, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.
