Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Provide evidence-based physical therapy care for diverse patient populations in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help restore function, mobility, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine needs and goals
- Design, deliver, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-management
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented documentation and outcome reporting
