Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless operations, delivering personalized patient care, and guiding patients toward recovery goals. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management tasks such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, building relationships to understand and address their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise therapy staff and coordinate team activities.

Ensure proper implementation of procedures and treatments.

Participate in patient care and celebrate progress.

Support operational functions and team communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current state licensure or certification.

CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy program.

At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.

Preferred: professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder participation.
