We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our team at a community-focused health center.
Provide osteopathic manipulation services for patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions. Support patient self-management, coordinate care, and contribute to positive health outcomes. Document care accurately in electronic medical records and maintain licensure and certifications. Lead population management within your specialty area and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Work part-time, primarily on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings/afternoons, with potential for full-time shifts later. Requirements include a valid medical license, osteopathic training or degree, DEA and furnishing licenses, and comfort seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
