We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as an independent contractor (1099) to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly. This role supports treating medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and managing work-related orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include collaborative case management, non-surgical and surgical treatments, and communication with employers. The position offers flexible scheduling, and compensation is based on a revenue share model.
