We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift. The role involves treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, collaborating with medical and therapy teams, and participating in case management to support patient recovery.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, treating medically complex patients, and communicating with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
