PRN Registered Nurse (Ortho Med Surg)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adult orthopedic and medical-surgical patients. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure quality and safety.
Key Duties
- Administer medications and monitor patient condition, including post-op recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery.
- Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
