Provide patient-centered nursing care on a medical-surgical orthopedic unit, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, and delivery of appropriate treatments. Monitor patient status, identify needs, and evaluate outcomes to ensure safe, individualized care.
In partnership with providers and the interdisciplinary care team, collaborate to coordinate care plans and promote patient safety. Deliver patient education and provide emotional support throughout the care process.

- Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring

- Administer treatments per clinical standards
- Educate patients on condition, care, and recovery
