OR – Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications. Ensures patient safety, participates in quality and regulatory activities, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
  • Implement and document care plans with clear goals, ensuring seamless communication across care continuum.
  • Support patient safety initiatives and professional development activities.
  • Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices at all times.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree needed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred for Bachelor’s degree holders.
  • OR experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills essential.
