The practice offers a modern, spacious office with advanced equipment, access to multiple surgery centers, and a supportive team. The patient base is large, kind, and eager for expansion, with a busy glaucoma specialist currently practicing.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $400,000 annually, with benefits including health/dental insurance, retirement plans, CME, PTO, and more. The position involves 20-50 hours per week.
