Role: Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients in the operating room using the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized perioperative nursing care.
- Coordinate care with other departments to support safe, effective surgical outcomes.
- Protect patient rights and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information.
- Evaluate and support the quality of care delivered by direct caregivers.
- Collaborate with specialty teams, including orthopedics, neurology, and general surgery.
- Participate in cross-training to broaden clinical skills across specialties.
