RN – Operating Room (Perioperative Care)
Provide safe, patient-centered perioperative nursing in a collaborative, academic-affiliated healthcare setting.
Key Duties
- Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures.
- Perform thorough preoperative assessments and patient preparation.
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure aseptic technique throughout procedures.
- Monitor patients closely during surgery and respond to intraoperative needs.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to support efficient, high-quality workflows and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong perioperative nursing knowledge and clinical judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail to support patient safety and sterile technique.
