Key Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments safely and accurately.
- Assess patients, monitor symptoms and side effects, and manage complications.
- Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and families.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support and optimize treatment plans.
- Ensure safe medication practices and adhere to oncology care standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license with oncology experience or strong relevant clinical background.
- Strong clinical judgment for complex symptom management and patient assessment.
- Knowledge of chemotherapy/biotherapy administration and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-family education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams.
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and attention to detail.
