Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Role Overview: Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and effective communication. Provide direct patient care, building strong relationships to understand and address their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Celebrate patient progress and outcomes, ensuring personalized, compassionate treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and clinical activities.
- Deliver direct patient care and support rehabilitation goals.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive environment for staff and patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
- Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
- Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility are preferred.
