Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Provide patient-centered rehabilitation services for seniors under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Deliver individualized treatment aligned with patient goals, including ADL retraining, strengthening, functional mobility, and training in the use of adaptive equipment.
Your key duties include:
- Implement therapy plans and support functional independence
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated outcomes
- Educate patients and families on techniques and equipment use
