Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled OT interventions under supervision to help residents regain or maintain functional independence, safety, and quality of life
Implement treatment plans and document progress accurately
Educate residents and families about therapy and care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Support a dignified, compassionate, and resident-centered care environment
Contribute to ongoing learning and professional growth
Qualifications & Skills:
Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care
