Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Assist in delivering hands-on treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Support activities of daily living (ADL) retraining and implement individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
- Educate residents and their families about treatment plans and progress.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
