Role Overview:
Seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist Registered to provide exceptional therapy services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate residents’ physical and cognitive conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers.
- Document progress and update treatment strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license.
- Experience in long-term care or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
