Role Overview: The Occupational Therapist plans and provides occupational therapy for patients with temporary or permanent disabilities, aligning treatments with professional standards and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts initial patient assessments and develops treatment plans.
- Implements therapy interventions based on assessments and written plans.
- Monitors patient progress through observation and documentation.
- Provides education tailored to patient-specific rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and exercise judgment.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including standing, lifting, and patient contact.
Additional Information: No prior work experience preferred. May provide guidance to therapy assistants. Must be capable of handling physical demands and emergency situations while maintaining patient safety and care standards.
